Online orders can be shipped within the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to an APO or FPO military address at this time.

Regular Ground — Federal Express Ground or Federal Express SmartPost 4 - 6 business days

Express — Federal Express 2nd day Air
*Express shipping does not include processing time. Please allow up to 5 business days for personalized or customized orders My Way orders to be processed. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays).

All packages are tracked and the customer is given the tracking number via the shipment

Personalized products usually ship within 3 business days. All other in stock products usually ship within 1 business day.

For Damaged Items or Incorrect Shipped Items:

Please call 1-844-427-4965 or email orders@crayola.com for return instructions.

For Standard Returns:

  1. Review the instructions on the bottom of the packing list that came with your order.
  2. Fill out the return section on your order packing slip.
  3. Write down the item(s) you are returning and check a box for the reason.
  4. Place the return form inside the box along with the returned merchandise.
  5. Affix the return address label to the outside of package.
  6. Drop your package off at any USPS, UPS, or Fedex facility.
  7. Save your tracking number.
  8. Once we receive your package, we will process the return within 14 calendar days.

Tax-Exempt:

To request a tax exempt credit, please follow the instructions below:

  • Place your online order paying the full amount (including taxes)
  • Request a tax exemption (refund of tax charges) within 7 days of the order date by emailing a copy of your tax exempt certificate to: support@crayola.com
  • Use the email heading to identify your request - Tax Exempt Order # xxxxxx
  • Include the company name, address, phone number, and contact person with your email

If your tax exemption is approved, you will receive a credit within 14 business days.

Payment Methods:

The following are acceptable methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. A purchase order cannot be used for payment.

Large Order Discounts:

Discounts may be provided for large orders. To see if your order qualifies for a discount, call 844-427-2965 between 6 am and Midnight EST, 7 days a week.
