Online orders can be shipped within the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to an APO or FPO military address at this time.

Regular Ground — Federal Express Ground or Federal Express SmartPost 4 - 6 business days
Express — Federal Express 2nd day Air
*Express shipping does not include processing time. Please allow up to 5 business days for personalized or customized orders My Way orders to be processed. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays).
All packages are tracked and the customer is given the tracking number via the shipment
Personalized products usually ship within 3 business days. All other in stock products usually ship within 1 business day.
For Damaged Items or Incorrect Shipped Items:

For Standard Returns:
- Review the instructions on the bottom of the packing list that came with your order.
- Fill out the return section on your order packing slip.
- Write down the item(s) you are returning and check a box for the reason.
- Place the return form inside the box along with the returned merchandise.
- Affix the return address label to the outside of package.
- Drop your package off at any USPS, UPS, or Fedex facility.
- Save your tracking number.
- Once we receive your package, we will process the return within 14 calendar days.

Large Order Discounts:
