Glitter Markers on Upholstery

Lightly dampen paper towels with warm water to gently wipe or blot the stained area. Repeat as needed. Too much moisture may push the stain further into the fabric fibers.

SPECIAL NOTE: When possible, remove marker colors separately to avoid smearing multiple colors together. Some colors may be harder to remove, making the entire stain more difficult to remove.

    Dampen a sponge with alcohol and use a blotting motion to absorb the marker stain, changing the sponge as often as needed. Apply upholstery/rug shampoo according to the directions on the container. If stain remains, use Capture spot and soil remover according to the directions on the container.

    Scrap off as much crayon as possible.  Use upholstery cleaner per the manufacturer's direction.  Repeat as needed.
