Silly Putty on Durable Cloth Car Interiors

Scrape off as much putty as possible.  Use ice cubes to chill the putty making it easier to scrape away.  Saturate a cotton ball with nail polish remover and blot the stained area.  Repeat as needed.  Rubbing alcohol is a good substitute for nail polish remove.

    For removing Silly Putty from hair, you may try using baby oil or a generous amount of hair conditioner along with warm water. Massage the product you choose around the scalp and area containing the Silly Putty, and then gently comb it through. After Silly Putty is removed, wash hair with shampoo.

    Dampen a sponge with water and wipe stains from the outside to the center of the stain. Apply upholstery/rug shampoo according to the directions on the container. If stain remains, use Capture spot and soil remover according to the directions on the container.
