Air Dry Clay on Leather

Gently wipe the air-dry clay from the surface with paper towels. Spray the surface with water and wipe with paper towels. If stain or white residue remains, repeat procedure. A leather conditioner may be needed to restore the luster of the leather.

    Allow the air-dry clay to dry before proceeding with removal. Scrape off excess air-dry clay with dull knife or metal spoon. Brush dried air-dry clay with a soft bristle brush to remove from carpet. A light water spray may be used to remove the dust from the surface. If stain remains, repeat procedure.

    Brush off excess dry or wet air-dry clay with a stiff bristle brush. Hose area with water. If stain remains or there is a white residue, repeat procedure.

    Brush off excess dry or wet air-dry clay with a soft bristle brush. Spray area with water and continue to wipe clean with paper towels. If stain remains or there is a white residue, repeat procedure.

    SPECIAL PRECAUTION: If the wallpaper is relatively smooth, try to clean the area after the air-dry clay has dried. If you apply too much pressure, scratching may occur on the wallpaper surface.
