Supplies Needed

Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! ...

  • Colored Pencils
  • Glue
  • Bowl
  • Cotton Ball
  • Mason Jar Lid(s)
  • Pencil(s)
  • Spring Boots Free Coloring Page
  • Twine
  • Vegetable Oil

Steps

  • Step 1

    Print Spring Boots free coloring page from Crayola.com.

  • Step 2

    With pencil, trace outline of mason jar lid.

  • Step 3

    Using colored pencils, color coloring page within traced circle. Cut out circle.

  • Step 4

    Pour small amount of oil into a bowl. Lightly dip cotton ball into oil and dab onto coloring page. Dry 5 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Line inner lid rim with glue and lay in coloring page (face down). Dry 15 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Add dab of glue to top of lid. Wrap twine around lid twice. Dry 1–2 hours.

  • Step 7

    Hang in window and let the light shine through!
