Markers
Pencil(s)
Ribbon
Ruler
Wooden Dowel

Steps

Step 1

Sketch and cut out cardstock pennant.
Step 2

Draw game ball or sports equipment.
Step 3

Add details with metallic and glitter markers.
Step 4

Write bold message with metallic outline markers.
Step 5

Trim and glue pieces of ribbon to top of wooden dowel.
Step 6

Glue pennant on wooden dowel on top of ribbon. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 7

Cheer on your team with a colorful DIY paper pennant!
