Steps

  • Step 1

    Take a piece of white construction paper.

  • Step 2

    Cut out a red rectangle from red paper.

  • Step 3

    Glue the red rectangle onto the white paper.

  • Step 4

    Cut out a blue square from construction paper.

  • Step 5

    Glue the blue square onto the top left corner of the paper.

  • Step 6

    Add star stickers onto the blue square. Or cut stars from white construction paper and glue to the blue square.
