Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! ...

Colored Pencils
Construction Paper
Glue
Markers
Paint
Paint Brushes
Paper Plate(s)
Pencil(s)

Steps

Step 1

Sketch globe on bottom side of paper plate.
Step 2

Paint paper plate. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 3

Outline continents with marker.
Step 4

Sketch and cut out construction paper heart.
Step 5

Glue heart to center of globe.
Step 6

Match and select your skin tone to colored pencils, then trace and color handprints.
Step 7

Flip handprints over and glue to bottom side of plate.
Step 8

Gently wrap hands over top of paper plate and glue to plate near edges of heart.
Step 9

Hang as a decoration to show your love for Earth Day!
