Easter Egg Punch Board

This game's no yolk! Assemble a DIY punch board for Easter and fill with Crayola prizes as a fun Easter game for kids.

Supplies Needed

Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! ...

  • Construction Paper
  • Glue
  • Disposable Cups
  • Foam Board
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Pencil(s)
  • Rubber Band(s)

Steps

  • Step 1

    Sketch and cut out small cardstock shapes.

  • Step 2

    Glue shapes to corners of foam board for decoration.

  • Step 3

    Using cup as guide, cut out construction paper circle slightly bigger than cup opening.

  • Step 4

    Repeat step 3 until you have 1 construction paper circle per cup.

  • Step 5

    Draw festive details on construction paper circles with markers.

  • Step 6

    Add small prizes to a few cups.

  • Step 7

    Center construction paper circle on top of cup and wrap rubber band around to secure.

  • Step 8

    Ask an adult to attach bottom of cup to foam board using a hot glue gun.

  • Step 9

    Repeat steps 7–8 with remainder of cups, forming an Easter egg shape on foam board. Cool for 15 minutes.

  • Step 10

    Take turns punching through construction paper to try and find an Easter prize!

  • This project uses a hot glue gun. Adult assistance required.

  • We used 26 cups to create our egg-shaped punch board, but you can customize yours as you like!
