Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! ...

Glitter Glue
Paint
Cotton Balls
Craft Stick
Glass Jar
Water

Steps

Step 1

Mix Paint and water together with a craft stick. Add more paint or water until the desired color is reached. Repeat 2 or 3 times using different paint colors
Step 2

Stretch and flatten cotton balls and place in a glass jar to form your first layer.
Step 3

Add Glitter Glue on top of the cotton balls.
Step 4

Pour one paint and water mixture onto the cotton balls until fully soaked. Press cotton balls down with a craft stick to fit tightly in jar.
Step 5

Repeat steps 2 - 4, layering colors until glass jar is filled.
Step 6

Close jar and display!
