Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! ...

Glue
Markers
Paint
Paint Brushes
Chenille Stems
Disposable Spoons
Wiggle Eyes

Steps

Step 1

Paint 2 spoons. Dry upside-down 1–2 hours.
Step 2

Overlap spoon handles and glue together. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 3

Wrap 3 chenille stems around handles. Bend ends to create legs.
Step 4

Wrap 1 chenille stem around base of spoon. Bend ends to create antennae.
Step 5

Glue wiggle eyes to top of spoon. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 6

Add facial features with markers.
Step 7

Repeat steps 1–6 to create a colony!
