Crayons
Glitter Glue
Glue

Paint Brushes
Craft Sticks
Hole Punch

Steps

Step 1

Sketch unicorn head, unicorn horn, crown, dress, and gloves on cardstock. Cut out.
Step 2

Add sparkly details to cardstock with crayons.
Step 3

Hole punch unicorn head along back of neck.
Step 4

Glue photo of child to dress.
Step 5

Loop yarn through hole punches and knot to create unicorn hair.
Step 6

Glue yarn to photo of child to create hair.
Step 7

Glue horn to unicorn and glue crown to princess.
Step 8

Add shimmery details to unicorn and princess with glitter glue.
Step 9

Cover 2 craft sticks with paint. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 10

Glue craft sticks to back of unicorn and princess to complete puppets. Dry 1–2 hours.
Step 11

Set up a fairytale scene and tell a story using your new stick puppets!
