Crayola's long-standing policy does not allow us to accept or review unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or creative materials. This policy is intended to prevent misunderstandings when internal projects may resemble ideas submitted from outside the company. We believe this approach is in everyone's best interest.

Although CRAYOLA washable products are water-based and designed to wash from skin and nearly all children's clothing, the dyes and pigments included in Crayola washable products react differently to various skin types, depending on a person's body chemistry.
Normally, Crayola washable products can be removed from the skin by washing with soap and water. If you are unsuccessful with soap and water, try using baby wipes, baby oil or make-up remover. Since Crayola washable products are water-based, you may find that keeping the area moist with water will help to lift the stain.
