How can I submit a new product or marketing idea?

Crayola's long-standing policy does not allow us to accept or review unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or creative materials. This policy is intended to prevent misunderstandings when internal projects may resemble ideas submitted from outside the company. We believe this approach is in everyone's best interest.

As an alternative, consider visiting the Toy Industry Association website, where you can access their "Toy Inventor and Designer Guide." You may also contact them at (212) 675-1141.

If you have additional questions, we would love to hear from you! Feel free to call or text us at 1-800-CRAYOLA weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM Eastern Time. If you would prefer to send us an email, visit our contact us page.
