How do I prevent alcohol-based maker colors from bleeding through the paper?

Alcohol-based markers naturally bleed because of their ink composition. To minimize this:

Choose the right paper: Look for “marker paper” or “bleed-proof” options.

Use a protective blotter sheet: Place thick scrap paper under your artwork to protect surfaces and other coloring pages behind it.

Apply light layers: Avoid oversaturating the paper with heavy ink.
