Why is it Y?
The letter Y has so many sounds in common with other letters that kids may ask "Why is it Y?" Find Y in the beginnings, middles and ends of many words and practice the many different sounds of this letter. Y Practice Cutting?
Because it's fun! And Y is a great letter to make while practicing cutting. Take wide strips of paper and cut about half way down. Spread the split section and you have a Y.
