Directions:

1. Color the flag's background blue, Color the letters yellow, the sky yellow, the water blue, and the land green. Color the banner tan.
2. Color the Black-spotted Cutthroat Trout gray and green with a tan underside.
3. Color the Ponderosa Pine's needles green and trunk brown.
